I stayed in this property for a week with my family. Everything was so nice and clean. Front desk guy was really kind and welcoming. The rooms were clean too. And also they offerd me a little dish pack which was really helpful.
The hotel is Clean and nice. Close to Midlothian mall and restaurants. Our stay has been very pleasant
This hotel doesn't have a pool or housekeeping but I am giving it four stars because the front desk staff was incredibly kind to my Steve and me. You see we came to Richmond to start a new life. Our New Jersey has awful public transportation and even more importantly rents have skyrocketed to between two -six thousand dollars a month. We were promised a one bedroom apartment at Richmond complex called Vida East and when we got here the offer fell through. So we stayed there from August 29 2024-December ,15 2024 when we got our one bedroom apartment with the spellbinding view at the William Byrd Senior Apartments on 2501 West Broad Street in Richmond across the street from the Virginia science museum. The staff did everything they could to help my Steve and I get our lives back in order. They gave us discounts and a free night. Abe, a tech savvy desk clerk taught me how to access apartment applications and showed me how to access the Uber app. The room was large and had a pretty decent kitchen area, with a microwave fridge, wifi television etc. Thank you Abe, Amya, Adan, and Sam for making a scary time in our lives bearable. We even fun discovering town. Thank you again wonderful staff.
Service was great room big and very clean we stayed there for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday
We stayed here and had to extend our stay last minute. They have been nothing short of accommodating and very nice. The breakfast is great. We do wish they had a pool but it isn't a huge deal. They clean rooms daily, always make sure we have towels and things we need. Truly a great experience. They are begining renovations this week. Even with the rooms beimg older, they are in excellent condition.
Great the reviews say its bad but it was very nice clean and quiet. Cops did come for a domestic across the hall but its really not that kind of place I felt very safe

I’ve been here since March 6th, my room had an odor which wasn’t bad, I pretty much mopped and wiped everything done like I would think people would normally do. I have had no issues since I’ve been here. You have to take your used towels to front desk for exchange per there policy. Any kitchen items have to requested at front desk as well. Everyone has been nice and accommodating. Only difference is this is the only extended stay where you can stay as long as you like, other extended stays are for 28 days only so keep that in mind as well. Great Place and Quiet as for my experience.
